Orders and Shipping

Because each gift is personalized with care, our processing time is typically 2-4 business days. After that, standard shipping within the country takes 4-6 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can also find your tracking information by logging into your “My Account” page.

If you’ve made a mistake in your shipping address, please email us  within 2 hours of placing the order with the subject line “URGENT: ADDRESS CHANGE”. We’ll do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already entered the processing stage.

On each product page, you will find clear fields to enter names, dates, or upload photos. Please double-check your spelling and dates before adding the item to your cart. What you enter is exactly what we will create!

For the best results, please upload high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. The clearer the photo, the better the final product will look. 

Returns and Exchanges

We take great care in curating and delivering your special moments.
Due to their unique nature, personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or we’ve made an error. If you have an issue with your personalized gift, please contact us, and we’ll make it right. However, we do not ordinarily accept returns or replacements once a product is sold.

 Please email our support team  within 12 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.

Since personalization begins shortly after you place your order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
